Harvard Gay & Lesbian Caucus, Inc. was incorporated on July 3,
1997, as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth
of
Massachusetts.
The Caucus intends to file for tax
exempt status as a social welfare organization under Internal Revenue Code
Section 501(c)(4).
