Corporate Documents of the Caucus

Harvard Gay & Lesbian Caucus, Inc. was incorporated on July 3, 1997 as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Here are the Caucus' Articles of Organization and By-Laws. The Caucus intends to file for tax exempt status as a social welfare organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(4).
