We offer a variety of Internet presence solutions, from the most basic in Web design to custom back-end programming and real-time interactive environments utilizing the most recent proven and innovative technologies. Our complete solutions also include graphic design, animation, audio and video production, copy writing and copy editing. Our multi-disciplined and multi-talented team can work with you in developing and launching a dynamic Internet presence that will meet your particular needs within your budget. At Active Window Productions, we own and maintain our own Web servers, including a secure server, and provide one of the fastest links to the Internet currently available from a Web service company. Our servers are monitored 24 hours a day, with battery back-up in case of a power outage. We also perform regular tape back-ups to provide our clients with reliable and efficient service.

Want to run things in-house? Our team can consult with you on setting up your own Web server at your site, helping you get connected to the Internet, and instruct you and your staff to produce Web-ready materials.

Because of our interest in helping non-profit, educational organizations get online, we offer special reduced rates for qualifying non-profit organizations. Setup charges are waived if you commit to six months or more of service, and minor updates to your site are made at no charge.

Consulting

Web site design is billed hourly at $85/hr. Programming is $105/hr. Other consulting is available and is quoted on a per-job basis.

Service Options

 Web space rental: $10 per month for 25 MB of Web space, with additional disk space at $0.50 per Meg per month.

When you place your work on Active Window Productions' Web server, your URL (Web address) is http://www.actwin.com/YourName. If you want a custom URL for your services, there are additional fees. We'll be glad to provide you with additional information about the pros and cons of having your own domain name.

Domain Name Registration: $125 initial fee for InterNIC Registration

This fee covers the InterNIC registration of YourName.com or YourName.org. It includes submission of the paperwork for your name registration and finding of a second name service provider for you (two providers are required for registration). You must choose either Domain Name Service or a Virtual Server if we are hosting your Domain Name

Domain Name Service: $5 per month maintenance

This fee covers the continued handling of your domain name as an alias for our computers for as long as you are our client. With this service, your URL is: http://www.YourName.com/YourName (YourName is repeated after the slash).

"Virtual Server": $40 per month

This additional charge applies if you want your domain to look like its own machine, separate from the Active Window Productions hierarchy. Under this service your URL is http://www.YourName.com.

In addition to Web design services, we offer a variety of other Internet presence solutions, including mailing list maintenance, email-to-fax gateways, real-time interactive environments, and customized discussion groups.
